Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gecko Edge, we strive to ensure our users are satisfied with our service. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Free Trials

  • If a free trial is offered, you may cancel anytime during the trial period at no charge.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions (monthly, annual, or otherwise) are non-refundable once billed.
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Technical issues preventing access to the service, where confirmed by our support team.

How to Cancel or Request Refunds

  • To cancel your subscription, log into your account or contact support@geckoedge.ai.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email within 14 days of the billing date.
